Solid product. After a the folder gets full, I have to carry it holding the bottom because the poor clasp is struggling on for dear life.But I stuff the poor thing with documents, so your experience may be different

This is a roomy product that fits both letter and legal size documents. It is quite sturdy. Although people have made comments regarding the button to close the accordion folder, I personally had no issue. All you need to do is give it a little pull and it closes perfectly. I actually bought a second one. Great to file income taxes!

I liked that this was for legal-sized papers. Has 19 sections.Works well, but arrived beat up on the front and scratched. It's just going in a closet, so it's okay.It also was supposed to come with blank labels, which weren't in there, but I have a label maker so I I made it work.The tabs don't quite go up high enough to see what's written on them, but overall it's functional.

I was glad not to have to paste labels on the different sections of the accordion file. I buy some iteration of this one every year and this is the first time I got one that I did not have to label. I hope this trend continues in the future.

Although this seems somewhat flimsy it is perfect to keep the mountain of paperwork tamed. Organizes bills, correspondence and other mail by subject matter or alphabetically. And takes up little space. I will use this annually and then store the folder.

I use this expandable file for my receipts & important papers throughout the year. At tax filing time, everything I need is in one place. Because it’s so portable, I can work on my bills & documents anywhere & organize these papers quickly & neatly. It’s also very attractive!

Muy bueno. Sirve perfecto para lo que lo quería. Tiene muchos separadores y etiquetas para rotular. El material es resistente. La cubierta es bastante gruesa. Perfecto para guardar documentos y tenerlos ordenados sin problema.

I have been using Smead Portable Expanding File Box, 19 Pockets, for literally decades.Every year I always order a new set for home break them into four (4) categories i.e. Online Shopping, Financial, Vendors, and Medical.To my surprise this year they arrived with a new, what I call, "Latch Flap".You Smead people don't know what an improvement this is to those of us that use your product every day and how disappointed we are when the uncovered latch catches on the other boxes and break off as we shove them back onto the shelf.Whoever thought of this should be commended and rewarded by management because you made our day/month/year a whole lot better work environment. This is right up there with the inventions of Ivory soap and the microwave oven.I recommend you show a picture of this new development in your advertisements. Great file box, exactly what I wanted. I am using it to store usable leftover pieces of paper from my papercrafting, with a pocket for each color. I needed a file box that was long enough to accommodate the 12" long remnants from 12x12 scrapbook sheets, and this does. I also like that the sections are divided with a heavy cardstock that is attached to the bottom of the box. With some other file boxes, the dividers are attached at only the sides, which would allow small papers to slide under from section to section. Not with this one, everything stays in the section in which you place it. The cover/outside is super sturdy, and the whole box can stand up by itself on my desk. The swivel latch is robust and secure. The top handle also feels very strong, and it can lay flat or stand up.The file box comes with a sheet of stickers that are pre-printed with conventional types of categories - the alphabet all separate except combining F-G, K-L, N-O, P-Q, U-V and X-Y-Z to reduce the alphabet from 26 to 19; and filing categories like Automobile, Bank Account, Correspondence. Personally I would have preferred getting the alphabet then some blank labels instead of the categories, but not a big deal.A great deal, very useful item, and it was not available at my local office supply store.

I use these this type of files for storing all my financial information--buying a new one for each calendar year. I used to buy another brand that's no longer available, so I ordered this model because it appeared to be the closest to the ones I'd been using for years. Although the general quality is acceptable, I don't like the clasp, as I have to lay the unit down on a flat surface so I can press the clasp to open it. Maybe it's because my hands aren't as strong as they used to be, but I never had this problem with the case files I used in the past. Closing it, however, is no problem.On the positive side, I think the handle on this case is better than the other cases I've used. Everything in life is a trade-off, I guess.
