Works fantastic! Simple design and does exactly what it says, heavy duty and smashes your delicious burger perfectly! Works best if you place a piece of parchment on the meat. Otherwise it sticks to the meat...no fault of the smasher. Highly recommend. Best to hand wash...otherwise u will see rusting.Great price!

We like "smash" burgers and this little hand press works great. You can press your burger patties out really flat and let this press sit on top of them while they cook. Great press in my opinion. Dishwasher safe. Slightly heavy. As described. Arrived on time and in excellent condition. I like this.

I'm using this to make 6in burger patties and it works well as long as an appropriate press is used. Here's a copy of another review I wrote for reference (I wrote a review for all 3 products).The "Ricpwit Smash Burger Press, 5.9 inch Round Hamburger Press" pairs well with Fat Daddio's PSF-63 as well to make 6 inch patties, but it's more than 1/10th of an inch smaller, it's more along the lines of 3/16ths, which lets just a little ground beef through the cracks (although it still works out).Fat Daddio's PSF-63 pairs perfectly to the "bodkar Smash Burger Press 6 Inch Round Stainless" to make 6in burger patties. You have to twist the bodkar to get it all the way in, so if you have the means put it to a wire wheel or something to smooth it up. Me preocupaba por el precio que fuera a ser o muy pequeño o muy ligero pero en cuestion de tamaño esta estandar, excelente para hacer hamburguesas. En peso es ligero pero aun asi logra hacer una buena presion en las carnes para mejorar el contacto con la plancha y que queden mas tostadas. La superficie es perfectamente lisa, lo que hace su limpieza muy sencilla.

Well made works great I spray with Pam so meat doesn’t stick. It is not heavy so you need to push the meat down.

This burger press looked pretty cheaply built in its photo. I was AMAZED at the quality of it when it arrived (on time). It is about 1/8" thick, including the handle and mount. It weighs over a pound and it is extremely well built (welding, etc.). You can see it is quality stainless steel.It is not designed to be a grilling "weight"; use cast iron for that. It works excellently to make smash burgers. I put a 6" X 6" piece of parchment paper over the burger before smashing with this tool. This avoids any sticking and the paper removes easily and can actually be used for several burgers on the same cook.This cleans very easily. It will last a lifetime. All for $8!!!
