Storage capacity: Perfect for our wine collection. You can stack a lot of wine in these racks. I stack them 5 high on wooden planks I built in our wine cellar. They can stack higher if you want but please consider the weight of the wine when fully racked.Build quality: Solid wood design and fit. These are easy to put together and stack.Bottle Slide: Note that there are some wine bottles out there that might be a bit oversized. They will fit however, the fit will be tight. Try not to tear the wine labels! ;-)Overall functionality: Great. These were exactly what we needed for our collection!

I built a wine cellar and needed some racks to hold a lot of wines without breaking the bank. These are exactly what I was looking for. The wood is decent quality and easy to put together. You can do it without tools, but I’d recommend a rubber hammer or gently using the top of a metal hammer to marry the pieces securely. Construction is simple. I ordered three racks and of the three, one set didn’t have the correct number of all the pieces. They have the bar pieces in the middle of the structure of which there should be like 14 I think, then 2 bar pieces designed for the top. One set had 12 of the bar pieces for the middle and 4 designed for the top. Because of my setup. It wasn’t a problem and it gave me the ability setup a separate single level bar rack on a shelf. I could see where that could be a problem if you ordered one rack and that was the set you received. I didn’t bother contacting the sellers because I liked how it eventually worked out, so I can’t speak to their receptiveness. It’s very stable when standing and feels even moreso when weighted down with wine bottles. I would buy again and would recommend to others.

Product is mainly clear pine ... no knots anywhere ... did not stain it; wanted that clean look ... simple to interlock the sections but I recommend using wood glue to hold pieces together ... rather unstable so recommend using brackets to hold against the wall ... I also applied a short strip of 1/4" rubber weatherstrip on rear 'notches' to keep the bottles from slipping ... all in all a nice rack for minimum investment ...

Right out of the box, this wine rack was a breeze to assemble. There are absolutely NO screws, nor are they needed! The pieces line up and fall into place. You just continue stacking until you reach the end. Once set up, it holds 96 bottles as it should without a problem. It doesn't sway or move. Plus, since the wood is bare, you can always paint or stain it if you wish. Good product!

Works nicely and is sufficiently sturdy if you are just going to leave it in place. Easy to assemble (just by hand, no tools needed). The look and feel is perfect as a storage rack for my basement, out of sight and with no intention of moving it. I also have an ikea wood wine rack ( you can see it side by side in the pic) and this beats it easily - easier to set up, sturdier and better configuration/ looks. For the price, it doesn’t get better than that.

This was super easy to put together. It took me about 30 minutes start to finish. Some small pieces were broken off but I was able to make it work. It is extremely sturdy, and looks great. I would suggest using either a rubber mallet or hammering it down using a piece of wood in between so you don't damage the wine rack. Overall great find for the price!

This is a perfect fit for our tight space. Ours came in excellent shape, no broken, cracked, or mismatched pieces. The wood does appear to be quite ‘new’ so if you put it aside for a long time before assembling you might run the risk of it warping as it dries out. Our side pieces vary a little from the original product images in that they are not notched in the middle. The only notches are where the racks go.We had no issues with assembly, each piece was truly identical. We took care to make sure every rack was fully connected in the notches before adding the next layer. We didn’t use the bottom two short side pieces because our space was just a touch too short for that. The rack feels very sturdy even without those, and the bottles on the bottom shelf do not touch the ground. We have not experienced the issue that some others have mentioned with the sloping neck bottles falling off or sliding - the wood does not feel ‘slippery’ and we made sure the shelves were very level. If I were worried about it I might put a little grip tape in the front notch to solve that problem. Larger bottles don’t fit well as others have mentioned, so we are keeping those on the top rack. We could fit them in, but we thought that as the rack gets filled the weight might make it harder to get them out. You could always sand down a few notches to make them slightly bigger to accommodate those bottles. We didn’t stain or paint it since it’s in a closet but I imagine it would be easy to do.
