My husband loves these socks. He bought one pair from somewhere maybe REI and has been on the hunt for them ever since. Well unfortunately they're quite pricey, it's well worth the money based on how warm they keep his feet. So he says.

Ordered the XL size. Seemed small but easily fit over my large calves. Very minimal like they state. Perfect for your brand new pr still tight fitting ski boots. Could also function as a base layer sock for cold weather hiking. Super comfortable.

Like other SmartWool socks these ones are great, but I want to caution that the size chart that is part of the listing does not match the size chart on the socks I received. I wear a Women’s size 8 so originally ordered a Small, but once I received them I realized the Medium was more appropriate.It was easy to return and order a new pair, but the shipment cut it close with an upcoming ski trip. In case it helps others, I have included a pic of the size chart from the item I received.

No padding, because your boots should fit perfectly. Thin enough to avoid hot spots and bunching. Beautiful color. What's not like. High quality and perfect for the job.

Got new ski boots which are now firm around the entire foot. Needed a thinner sock but would keep my feet warm. Works perfectly!

These are the only ski socks my family uses. We ski 50-100 days a year and nothing performs better.Thin socks keep your feet warmer in ski boots because of better circulation and sweat wicking.You won’t regret these.

I chose zero cushioning as I wanted to wear them with normal shoes. I take an 8.5 shoe and the fit was very good. I am 5ft 7ins tall and the socks came up to my knee. Excellent socks for the winter.

These Smartwool Zero Cushion socks are perfect for Colorado skiers. They are durable and comfortable. The last pair of Smartwool ski socks I bought ten years ago, so these babies really last. Plus, if you don't like the cushiony socks, and like your ski boots tight, these are idea. Excellent quality and warmth for cold, Colorado ski days.

Ottime calze da sci, le migliori che abbia trovato. Calde ma sottili, senza inutili cuscinetti e imbottiture che interferirebbero col sudato feeling con gli scarponi, non scivolano e non tendono a sviluppare cattivi odori (nel limite del possibile, ça va sans dire). La mia ricerca delle giuste calze da sci si ferma qui.
