First of all this is definitely a car camping fan because it is a little large, but that's because it is absolutely packed with features! I am so impressed with this thing. It literally has everything I was hoping to find in a camping fan. It puts out a ton of air and actually has a double blade, which is pretty cool! It's not even overly loud. It is easily and fully adjustable for speed with a nice turn knob. It has a fully adjustable light that is perfect for the inside of a tent. A lot of the lights on other fans are disappointing, but this one is great. It can be hung by it's hook or set on something like a normal fan. It has full 180* tilt and two oscillation settings that are great and will cover the entire inside of your tent with cool air. The oscillation can also be used with it hanging or sitting. It has a full function remote so you can turn it on or off, and operate everything on it without having to get out of your sleeping bag. Which is one of my favorite features. It even has a fricken sleep timer for goodness sake!! I mean what more could a person want from a camping fan? This thing is better than any regular house fan I've ever had or seen! Also the battery will last just long enough to get you through the night when on medium or lower settings. I have a much smaller fan that I use when solo camping, but this bad boy is definitely my go to for group camping and car glamping. I mean I can't say enough about how much I like this thing! It is so well designed and thought out. It is the absolute ultimate camping fan and I very highly recommend it!Also, it is orange, which we all know is the most bestest color ever!

We use this fan for camping and for the drive in movies. The dual fan blades really puts out a lot of air. It’s just perfect to keep us cool in a tent or in the back of an SUV. It’s not too loud either. It is a bit heavy to hang from a tent ceiling. My tent held it but I was just nervous it would fall on my kids during the night and hurt one of them. But we sit it up on a tote and it blows plenty of air across all of us to keep us cool on the hot nights. My biggest complaint is about the 45 and 90 oscillation functions. They just don’t seem to work right. The directions don’t really explain them very well. So we usually don’t use them. I was also excited about the warm and cool light settings with 3 brightness levels each. I was hoping it would be good as a night light for the kids, but unfortunately it was just too bright, even while using the warm light on the lowest setting. Makes a great light otherwise. It does work to charge a cell phone in a pinch but I wouldn’t recommend it especially if you actually want to use the fan all night. The battery only lasts about 6 hours on a medium setting with no light on. There is a knob on the fan to adjust the fan speed. The remote cycles through about 5 or 6 speeds. The remote works great and has a good range. At least 20’ which is what we tested it at. The remote stores conveniently on the side of the fan when not in use.
