I bought a few of these for our barn. I painted them and the screws so they won't rust has fast from our salty air. It has been 6 months and they are all fine. Not much work to put another coat of paint on them. They are very heavy and add a nice touch to the barns.

My use for this product is mainly as a stability device, and it solved our problem completely. Having to step down out of a bathroom, always made us uncomfortable and in danger of falling. After installing the handle we feel more comfortable, holding onto something as we step out of the room.
