These hangers are very elegant looking and sturdy. They're lightweight, but durable. They're thinner than the plastic hangers, so they're a great option to save space and organize a tiny closet. They function wonderfully, as the offer a non slip velvety material.

I'm seriously impressed with how sturdy these hangers are, for how thin they are. I've used similar thin flocked hangers in the past, and they're fine, but I always feel like I have to be a bit careful. These, I have way more confidence in! I'm so glad to have SUCH thin hangers that really grip my clothes well, but I don't feel like I have to handle super delicately.Also, the black flocking is REALLY a good, true black. Good and dark and quite lovely. No bare patches or other imperfections in the flocking, from what I can tell.I'm thrilled at the value of these, considering my confidence in how they'll hold up; I'd say they're set at a great price.

I am replacing all my hangers with velvet. These do a decent job as far as hangers go. They are good for holding on to somewhat wide or slippery garments. My only downside is side is they are a bit on the flimsy side. They bend easily on a heavier garment such as jeans or a thick sweat shirt.

I have a ton of velvet hangers that my mother bought me a long time ago- she actually bought the originals for me when they came available on QVC, and I still have them. So I have the advantage of being able to compare these to the originals- which are now 2 decades-ish old.I definitely appreciate that these came in a decent quantity. To me, grabbing 10 or so isn’t worthwhile. The black and silver are nice together and provide some contrast. Personally I love that- while it’s not the top of my list, I do appreciate it when something is nice looking and functional.As I mentioned, I have the original velvet hangers to compare these to. I’ve bought some extras over the years from various retailers, and they don’t always work out, but I was pleased to find that these are very comparable in terms of strength. They’re just very slightly thinner, not enough that you would notice if you weren’t looking for differences. They do hold some weight, more than they look like they should, and that’s definitely a good thing! While I try never to stress my hangers too much, it’s good to know.I’m happy with these. They fit among the rest of my hangers well, and they are attractive and functional. Great buy!
