The product came looking just as it did in the photo. It was easy to use, easy to install the battery. My problem with the unit is it was not accurate. It kept giving me high blood pressure readings when in fact I went to my doctor and I was normal. It is misleading because I feel like it's telling me I have a medical issue when I don't. I don't recommend it if you have critical medical needs.

I have a few blood pressure monitors so I am comparing this to my other ones.Quality:The product is well built and gives me similar results to the other ones that I have. However, I notice that the wrist cuff isn't as comfortable as the other ones. It gets the job done, but I had a harder time getting it put on.Overall, if you want accuracy this is pretty good, but there's nothing too special about it.

I checked it at my doctor's office. Not at all accurate.

I had high hopes for the SmartHeart Blood Pressure Monitor, but unfortunately, it has been nothing but a letdown. Here’s why I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone:Accuracy IssuesThe primary purpose of a blood pressure monitor is to provide accurate readings, and this device fails miserably at it. I tested it multiple times against a professional-grade monitor, and the readings were all over the place—sometimes off by 10–20 points! It’s hard to trust the results, which defeats the entire purpose of owning one.Cheap Build QualityThe device feels flimsy and poorly made. The wrist cuff is uncomfortable and doesn't fit securely, often slipping during measurements. The plastic materials feel like they could break with minimal use, making me doubt its durability.User Interface NightmareWhile advertised as “easy to use,” I found the interface confusing and outdated. Switching between the 2-person memory mode was a hassle, and it wasn’t clear how to review past readings without fumbling through poorly labeled buttons.Automatic Inflation and Deflation ProblemsThe automatic inflation and deflation feature is supposed to make this process smooth, but it’s more of an annoyance. The cuff inflates way too tightly, causing discomfort, and deflates at an uneven rate. It often results in error messages, forcing me to restart the measurement multiple times.Memory Feature Is a JokeWhile the product boasts 398 total reading storage, accessing and managing these readings is cumbersome. The memory doesn’t seem to save consistently, and switching between users is overly complicated. I expected better functionality for a feature they prominently advertise.Battery HogThis thing eats through batteries faster than any other device I own. After just a few uses, the low battery indicator popped up, and I had to replace them. It’s frustrating and inconvenient.Final VerdictThe SmartHeart Blood Pressure Monitor is a complete waste of money. Its inaccuracies, poor build quality, and user-unfriendly features make it more of a stress inducer than a health monitor. If you value your health and your time, look elsewhere for a reliable blood pressure monitor. This one is not worth it. Avoid at all costs!
