I'll admit I bought this egg maker on a whim and I'm not sure that I was expecting all that much but now that I've used it a few times I am absolutely SOLD! It makes a perfect egg and there's no pan to wash.....no spatter on the stove to clean up......no watching it......no accidentally busting the egg when flipping. It's awesome. In the pictures, I cooked 2 eggs separately using a tiny spritz of oil, the first on setting #3 and the second on setting #2 (as the unit was already hot for the second one) and as you see the whites are cooked and the yolks are runny. I haven't tried making two together yet. The little spatula was a bonus that I didn't know was included and perfect for scooping the egg out. When finished, i just wiped the unit with a sponge. It's smaller than I was expecting, which is good, so takes up very little counter (or cabinet) space. I will be using this egg cooker a LOT. This would be great for people with small living spaces, mobile homes, dorms. etc or people wanting to make a fast hot breakfast after they get to work or people like me who want eggs for breakfast without the mess!

Used the Hyvance egg cooker and was impressed with the ease of operation. I cooked two eggs at the same time in spite of it being a very small compact appliance. Easy storing when not in use if you have limited storage space. Delivery of product was as promised.

This has 6 settings. Five are for 1 egg, at various degrees of runnyness. the last is for 2 eggs done hard. With some experimenting, you can make two eggs runny. I put two eggs in, put it on setting 1 for sunny side up. It beeped at 3 minutes as if done, as it would for one egg. Opening it, I saw the whites were still watery. I unplugged the unit, to shut it off, and then plugged it in again. I put it on setting 1 again. It beeped after 2 minutes. The whites were not quite done. I unplugged it, plugged it back in, and started on setting 1 again. It beeped in about 40 seconds. The whites were done right, and the yolks were sunny side up runny. I usually do setting 6 for two eggs well done (over hard), and use them in a fried egg sandwich. I also make breakfast sandwiches by using this for the egg part, and then cooking a sausage patty in the microwave, and putting all on a bun with cheese. This device generally takes 3 minutes for one egg sunny side up, and 12 minutes for two eggs well done. Other settings take other times. The device is: fast, easy to use, and easy to clean, and is affordable.

I like fried eggs but rarely made them as they either came out with the whites too runny or the yolks too firm. This product, solves the problem and makes perfect eggs the way you want them. It is a little expensive for the one trick pony it does, But if you don’t like to stand there, trying to get the perfect egg, it is very easy. Crack, the egg shut the lid, select which way you want your eggs and walk away. Cleanup takes a minute.

My unit did not come, Not because of Hyvance, but because of an Amazon Driver. So, I am giving you an honest review of my sister's unit. My first weekend tool is the Hamilton Beach Dual Breakfast Sandwich Maker, and I will say Hamilton Beach and the Hyvance products serve two different needs. With the Hyvance, you get an actual fried egg, just like you would get with a pan, and that is one big difference between the 2 brands and units. The Hyvance is something you think when seeing it that it would not be needed. You would be wrong. No cleaning stuck egg from a frying pan, no soaking of a pan, and this is quicker. Add oil, drop your egg or eggs, see the timer to your preference, and wait until you hear the beep. It comes with a tool to pick up the egg from the machine. Just wipe it out, and you will be done! Here are some things to consider: you will have to play with the amount of oil because it does great with a smaller amount on its non-stick surface. Pick this version as this is their latest model, and it has the well-done feature, and you can get a crispy bottom on your egg. It does great with whole eggs. After removing the yolk, I tried cooking fresh egg whites and placed two in. You will need to monitor the cooking time. Also, the whites will puff up, but they turned out fine. Also, if you are cooking back-to-back eggs, Know the unit will already be hot, so you will have to monitor the eggs because the constant heat will cook the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc, round of eggs faster. After all, the cooking ramp time is gone. I have the same thought process when cooking pancakes. You will like this, especially on the weekend, because you will have less time wasted. Now time to order another unit and hopefully it is delivered this time. Be blessed and happy cooking!
