About the Product
SmallRig Mini Side Handle (1/4”-20 Screws) 2916 is designed for mirrorless, digital cameras, and other small cameras. Two 1/4”-20 screws are fixed to the side of the Cage.

The ultracompact handle provides a left-handed or right-handed grip for your camera cage or rig.
This comfortable handgrip can adjust by sliding vertically to find the right position.
This grip 2916 attaches to your cage via two 1/4"-20 thumbscrews spaced 0.7" apart.

Got this for multiple of my Smallrig camera setups. I would recommend this. It is made out of metal and has a nice material for the grip itself to help protect against sweaty hands.

I have a few handles like this and 1 that costs 10x more than this one. The expensive handles are big, have a cool hardwood detail, have all kinds of nice adjustable features to angle your hand just so, however they're bulky and more fussy to attach and in my case don't fit the rig. I admire the simplicity of this while remaining rock solid and secure. Connecting to cheese plate or in my case a simple L bracket is really easy and fast. The one adjustment I need this handle provides -- I can slide it up and down. Thoughtful of them to add a few 1/4-20 holes, a loop for a strap, and a magnetically secured adjustment tool. Love it! Great price. Great buy for a simple, basic handle.

Nice handle, it's a bit bigger than I expected but it does the job nicely and it feels right when holding it. I think it could be a bid thinner.

Nice feel to the grip. Being reversible is nice. Alan wrench stores inside with magnets. That was a fantastic idea. Highly recommended.

This handle does exactly what it says it does. It’s a very good quality handle and you can use it either right hand or left hand.

This product is great. It feels good in the hand and attaches great to my Smallrig cage. However, I lost one of the thumb screws that secures the handle to the cage. I accidentally unsrewed it too much when detaching the the screw fell into the underworld never to be retrieved.Good luck finding an appropriate sized replacement. I have searched far and wide on the Internet and even bought some potential replacements that ended up not being the correct length to properly secure the handle to the cage. These manufacturers must have a secret society agreement that maintains possession of ALL of these screws...never to be sold to the consumer. They aren't even made available on the Smallrig website!
