We have tried so many different raw freeze-dried dog food Sometimes one dog would like it, the other wouldn't. Then an Administrator from a Canine All Natural group I joined quite awhile ago suggested Small Batch. She lives in FL & I live in Upstate NY. She could purchase Small Batch at pet store but I'm sure her preference would be directly from the company. I unfortunately don't have that luxury bc the company doesn't ship to Upstate NY. She did however suggest Amazon but said to make sure it was the one shipped by incredilo (I know I misspelled their name). Well that is the only that Amazon sells Small Batch, so I got lucky! Although ALL quality dog food, raw freeze-dried, raw fresh, slightly cooked, etc., is definitely more expensive than "kibble" 🤢 but in the long run it's so worth it! I quit smoking cigarettes 6 month's ago. What I spent on those nasty worthless, do nothing for you but make you sick, I'm spending on my dog's & saving money. I bought both before I quit, that's why I said I'm saving money & feeling better too! I do get rewards from Amazon for subscribing purchasing Small Batch, which is nice to get a little credit back. I only spend it back here anyway! I've got to say at of ALL the food's we tried I've have NEVER seen my 2 furbabies eat every single drop of food in their bowl at every feeding (2 ×'s a day). They go back & forth & lick each other's bowl clean. There's usually not one spec of food left, they still do it anyway! I'm very grateful Amazon has Small Batch I just wish the company who sells it would reward with a coupon once in awhile or free bag of food. I buy the larger bag's 26oz, so I'd be thrilled for a bonus even a 14oz bag around the holiday's, or a couple of time's a year would be nice. Small sample size of the food I don't usually buy. Lamb, duck, etc.? That would be a terrific idea! What a genius lol One last thing, Idk if this is Amazon or incredilo but why do the prices change so far in advance?

My dog is one year old and was raised on Ziwi Peak. It took me months to find a food that was super healthful for him and something he would eat. I wanted a version of raw for sure. He likes Ziwi, but I notice I tend to have to remind him to eat.Then I found out that Small Batch rated 10 out of 10 on a dog food review site and I had to try it. Ziwi Peak is 9.5 on the same site.I put this stuff down, it's gobble time. Now, when I'm rehydrating it, he sits at my feet and whines and sort of marches in place. He eats every bit of it.The only downside is the price. This is more expensive than Ziwi Peak, and that's saying something. But I want my pup to live a long and healthy life so I'm gonna suck it up.

I've used the beef forumla for quite a while and had to switch to chicken due to a supply issue. My dog seems to love the chicken and it is much easier to crumble than the beef but the package had half of the disks already broken and a lot of them in crumbles at the bottom. It will still work but is not easy to portion out correctly like this. I'm not sure if it is the chicken formula (vs. beef) or this particular bag or this particular vendor. I might buy it again but from a different vendor and see if it arrives in better condtion. The food itself is high quality, easy to use, and my dog loves it.
