Bought this pillow over other competitors because I liked the idea I could wash the cover easily. However, the first time I washed it, the zipper pull came off and I can't reattach it.

Warning! It may not be certified by CertiPUR-US and OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. I checked the label number of OEKO-TEX on the pillow cover. The number is expired and actually belongs to another company. I cannot find the company/brand/manufacturer on the CertiPUR-US directory either. Although it's a comfortable pillow with a slight odor, I returned it for safety.

I prefer a pillow this size, but most are not thick enough. This one is perfect. I also love that it has two zip covers, so I could put fiberfill in one and have two just-right pillows!

Edited…Reviewed this pillow that was defective with NO bag with a stuck zipper. I bought this travel pillow to replace one that I lost after a flight. Upon receiving the pillow, it took its shape immediately after I took it out of the plastic. The pillow is firm and pushes my neck forward more than I like. The zipper is defective and only unzips about an inch. It’s not stuck on the fabric, so I am not certain what is going on. Then, I realize that the travel bag is missing. I will definitely be sending this back.The company sent me a new pillow. This pillow has nice bag with a trolly type strap to attach to luggage. I tried to sleep with it and it’s still a little firm to lay back on, however, it is perfect for window sleeping on an airplane. The material is soft and breathable while remaining cool. The pillow packs up nicely in the carry bag too. Kiddos to this company for making me a happy consumer!!!

This is a relatively tall travel pillow that also comes with a convent bag that can double as a way to attach it to a chair/car seat/airplane seat.The memory foam feels good, and I like that I can wash both covers.As with most memory foam it does have a strong smell when you first take it out, but that smell went away very quickly! Good buy!

This is exactly what I was searching for... I wanted a tiny pillow that's also a little harder. this exactly meets my requirements. may not be the right choice for everybody But if you are a traveler who likes to use pillows for your naps .. you must give this a try..this comes with 2 covers.. this is as height adjustable. I never needed that. so I did not explore that option. I am satisfied with this purchase
