My brother has played amateur baseball his whole life and this was a awesome gift for him an our son. Great for uncle & nephew bonding time.Everything is soft and squishy and even very energetic children won't cause damage. Probably safest to be used outdoors, but we had no issues playing in our - admittedly fairly empty of delicate china -living room.The set so far is holding up well. It probably is best suited for ages 3-5, but even older kids will have fun with it.

This is a soft set, just right for a toddler. The bat can't really hurt anyone and the balls are all set, including the baseballs.

Our 3 year old LOVES this set. It’s hearty enough to play hard outdoors, but soft enough that he can’t go after anyone with it.The quality is great. It holds up well to playing and the colors don’t fade in the sun.It’s probably an ideal size for a 3-8 year old. My husband and I have used it for fun with our kids, and it’s definitely small but fun to play with them.The only reason I took a star was because the material stains easily in the grass and the dirt.We have NOT been brave enough to try this set indoors, but with our outside play, our balls look a bit discolored and dirty.

We got this set to take to the park with my 4 year old.The bat and 6 balls come in a reuseable zipped plastic bag. There are 2 blue balls, 2 yellow, and 2 slightly firmer white balls that resemble baseballs.The bat itself is a good length for a 4 year old - not too short. It has a plastic middle so is solid and, with an adult using it, can hit a ball pretty far.This is great for practicing hand eye coordination.A great set.

This bat is the perfect length for little ones. Cushioned to save skin (and furniture) if accidentally hit. Cute packaging in carry case with the balls. A “hit” all around!
