I bought this umbrella for a trip to Europe and it worked fairly well. I did have trouble getting it to latch in the open position and had to kind of struggle. It also was a bit flimsy in the wind. But for travel, it was light weight and I could easily fit it into my rather small bag. I didn't deal with a lot of rain so was fine. Also cute colors.

This is a cute travel umbrella. A few blasts of wind will knock it upside-down, but it's great in an average downpour and efficient in a purse or pocket.

Brought this umbrella on a rainy trip and it was a major pain the whole time. It’s very difficult to get it to click open and doesn’t stay, will not stay closed/compact even with the prongs inside of the base, and the base came off in the middle of use. It flipped inside out constantly at the slightest of breezes. Yes it’s small, but I would spend the extra $5 and not deal with the constant hassle this brings.
