This product does not heat or cool at all! This company is foreign and because of the language barrier they could not provide a proper return label When I contacted them they continually tried to negotiate a partial refund instead of sending a proper return label. After three weeks of back and forth messages I finally accepted HALF of my money back to just end the nonsense. This company,Yunplsad US, is definitely not meeting Amazon standards.

I bought it, used it to keep cool and it worked for a while, but then it stopped and didn't even work to heat it, there was no way to return it, so it went to the recycling bin.
