My family has several of these so it’s not my first purchase. That says it all! They are great for snorkeling and having an on hand air supply for quick dives. Easy to use and my son uses and loves it with the full face snorkel mask

I have used these before and always been happy! PERFECT for snorkeling and doing quick dives from the service to explore or follow a fish. Auto switch from snorkel to using air supply is amazing! I’ve ordered 2 of these and the 1L tank for my son!

Initially I was super excited about this mini tank. I am a diver, while my husband is not, nor is he a big fan of snorkeling. I thought this could help him be more comfortable in the water with me. First of all, the tank is really cool, it comes with its regulator, silicone mouth piece, wrist strap and manuals. I am impressed with the quality of all the pieces. However, in order to get air in the tank you need to have their connector. We have a high pressure hand pump, but it doesn't connect, so instead we just ordered theirs. A bit bummed by this. Will update this review once we have received the piece and tried it out.

Could not verify tank because there was no serial number on the part where all the paper work said it would be

I’m a PADI Divemaster, so I'm pretty familiar with scuba equipment. This is a nice little spare-air rig. It comes with a good wrist strap for use in the water, and a carry bag with a shoulder strap you would use on land. You can also use that carry bag to strap it to your BCD. I ordered it in bright green, because that is a color that is highly visible underwater. They also throw in spare set of O rings. They included a small hex wrench, but I’m not sure what that’s intended for. The instructions are nicely printed but pretty rudimentary, and probably won’t be that useful for anyone who doesn’t already at least basically know their way around this kind of gear.Construction is good as far as I can tell. Unfortunately I was confused by the Q&A in the ad, and thought that it came with a hand pump. They do sell one with a hand pump, but not the one I ordered. I don’t have a pump at home, or an adapter to fill it from one of my regular tanks. For this reason it will be a few weeks before I get a chance to go to the dive shop and get it filled so I can test the regulator, and a few weeks after that before I actually get it in the water. If regulator performance is anything other than satisfactory I’ll update my review. You could use it for working under a boat for a few minutes, or something like that, but tanks like this are by no means suitable for trying to make any sort of an actual dive. I will emphasize, as the ad and literature that comes with the tank do, this is for shallow water use, no more than 30 feet. I would actually recommend it only for certified divers. Even if you are certified, I would not rely on it as any sort of emergency tank in a dive any more than 30 feet down unless you are a extremely well-trained and experienced. The literature that comes with the tank does a good job of getting that point across.
