Liked: Great size.Not like: Second time using support under knees came out. After a few more uses the reclining mechanism began catching, not moving smoothly. After a couple additional uses it didn't want to move up and down at all without force. It is rated up to 400 lbs which is over 100 more than I, it should have held up. When it did decide to recline, it did so until I was back down on the ground. $100 down the tubes - not a happy customer.

It’s really big and seems to be well made. I only gave it 4 stars as it is not as comfortable as I was hoping. But my goodness, it’s really big.

Great chair for our group! Some women are "oversized" and they fit very comfortably in this seat. One issue for older people is the weight of the chair. Takes two to move it to the storage area. Still, highly recommend for comfort and quality. The locking mechanism is convenient as well. Down to unlock, up to lock.

Years ago, I had a zero-gravity chair, and it was really good but this new version I ordered is so much better in the size and padding in the seat and footrest and a deluxe detachable sturdy drink holder. My only disappointment is that the headrest did not arrive with the chair. Amazon gave me a 10% refund for $7.95, but to order a replacement costs $14.95!! I emailed the company asking for a replacement but am still waiting for a response.

This chair collapsed as I was laying in it after on 4wks of use and I fell on the floor. I am 5’7 and 155 pounds so no I am not overweight. Not meant if you have to use often. Do not waste your money.

Love the comfort but black stuff comes out of it when you move it....not sure what it is!

Got for back issue. Should be helpful. Very comfy. Doesn't really need the seat padding but the pillow removable and adjustable and foot padding removable. Being short my feet dont reach it. LOVE the lock feature. If I need to lean to pickup something chair doesn't fold up. Also very sturdy as does not tip at all when getting out of chair. This will help my recovery. Glad I got it.
