Please Note Before Purchasing: Fire Pit Opening Size Should be Smaller Than the Glass Wind Guard
We recommend having 2.5” of clearance on each side (5" total) between your fire pit opening and the wind guard for optimal performance. The wind guards are meant to sit on the outside of your fire pit opening.

I have a really nice (high priced) table fire pit that didn’t come with one of these. When the wind came in (slight wind even), the flame would start to make the metal frame of the fire pit exceedingly hot (obviously). But, the table part that connects to the metal frame was clearly not intended for that hyper focused heat since the flame was aimed right at it. So, the table cracked especially when it went from hot temps to turning off at night on a cool spring or fall night.Realizing this problem and the root cause, I ordered this and was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the glass is high. Clearly rated for hot temperatures. Only annoying part is I have to clean the glass after use because the fire leaves a black soot on it. Not a huge deal as it wipes right off. Easy to install, fit perfectly.

This glass is heavy duty and fits great. Easy to put together and blocks the wind well. Without this even the slightest breeze knocks the flame down. This keeps the flame sting and good heat. Worth the investment and looks great.

Skyflame 24 x 12 Inches Rectangular Fire Pit Glass Wind Guard arrived on time double boxed, packed in styrofoam, and stryo-type-impact-material ensuring no type of damage would occur. After removing the spotless glass and hardware from "Fort Knox," I realized NO instructions needed for assembly. This glass wind guard was super easy to assemble. I took my time, assuring not to over-tighten the set screws. Fifteen minutes, and I was done.Skyflame 24 x 12 Inches Rectangular Fire Pit Glass Wind Guard made my fire pit look more expensive. One corner of the glass was slightly chipped but it was covered but the connections. It was well packaged but the screws and connectors were loose inside of the box. Two of the screws became jammed inside the connectors and we had a hard time getting them out. The company could save a lot of hassle for their customers if they just placed the connectors and the screws in separate baggies instead of throwing them in loose. Once we got the connectors and screws separated, it was pretty easy to put together. We can run a higher flme in the fire pit and it looks very pretty. I deducted 1 star because of the chipped glass and the connector screw issue. I didn't bother contacting the company because the chip is covered and we needed to use it right away.

Great addition to our fire pit table! Certainly cuts down on the wind and reflection from the glass is an added ambiance. Glass does get hot so watch it around the little ones. No issues with assembly although no instructions were included. Super happy with this purchase. We love it!
