The trampoline over all is good, but unfortunately with daily use it is wearing out, which I knew would happen. So when I went to check out, it offered a protection plan, which I thought was great, why not get a protection plan for a trampoline so I can get it replaced or fixed or at least get replacement parts for anything that wears out too quickly. BUTwhen I went to file a claim and put in there what had happened that it was starting to tear and rip on certain sections, it said the protection plan does not cover that which makes no sense because if it was an electronic device if you drop it, they cover it and it’s like, “oh you didn’t drop it so we don’t cover it”, well…you can’t really drop a trampoline, it’s kind of idiotic that they offer it, but don’t cover anything. So if you want a decent trampoline, I would still recommend this one overall. The trampoline is nice. I love that it has a netting on top. The polls are pretty good. They seem thick enough, but some have started to bend. They’re not thin or anything, about standard thickness for trampoline poles I believe. But whatever you do, DO NOT GET THE EXTRA WARRANTY PROTECTION. It is a waste of your money.

By far best purchase! Easy to assemble, perfect for large families and is very sturdy! Came in two boxes that were both delivered together! 10/10 recommend!

After 5+ years with an 8 ft trampoline, it was time to move up to a bigger one. Easy to assemble and the boys are very happy with it. Looked at a bunch and chose this one. Not disappointed! Those boys are on it almost every day.

Bought this trampoline Christmas 2022. It's now Christmas 2024 and it just broke. RIP. It's been a good product for 2 kids.

This trampoline has been a great value so far. It has great bounce, has held up to the whole family using it daily and looks great. We bought this as a Christmas present and assembled it in the dark on Christmas Eve.....this being said, it can be done but be sure to read the instructions! Once I talked my husband into following the instructions it went pretty smoothly! I love all of the accessories it comes with too.

Right out of the box it was missing the top and shoe net. After reaching out to the company it was claimed they are shipped differently and they would be shipped out this week. If the net(s) come separately...fine, please provide a tracking # so the customer that has paid good money for their product can easily track it. Still has not arrived. Now addressing the quality control at the factory that the trampoline is made. There is none. Several parts were drilled incorrectly and one pole had no holes drilled at all. The powder coating is an afterthought. As you connect the joints of the metal frame the powder coating scrapes off rendering the powder coat job useless. The reason it scrapes off is due to lack of planning for the extra girth that it would add after adding it to the stamped metal. Because of this the whole design is mm's too big. The spring cover connects around the outside on the metal frame, it has no connection or tie-downs for the inside of the springs to mat...the whole point of the mat. Feet and body parts can easily get in between the mat and springs due to its flawed design. The website claims 1000 lbs capacity but that is incorrect as the warning label on the net claims no more than 240 or something close to that. The metal is very thin and the whole trampoline flexes and moves when one person jumps on it. I would stay away if all possible.

We have two boys who are 10 and 8 and have gone through 2 trampolines in the last 8 years. This is the 3rd and hopefully the last. I have never taken the time to write a review of a product but this trampoline is something I want to highly recommend. We have had it put together for several months and not only do my boys loves the basketball feature (which has not broke yet) this shows no sign of wear. We have had 100+ degree day highs in the 50's rain etc. The net is superior to the other 2 that we have had. My boys use this like a wrestling ring occasionally and the net attachments are holding up to them without the net falling like our last one. The stake system is easy to install and pull up so we can move around the yard and not kill our grass. The staking held up during severe weather multiple times even where a tornado hit 3 miles from our home. The ladder is sturdy and secure.Another reason we made our decision to purchase this trampoline has to do with the ease of getting replacement parts as we have needed them in the past with other brands and struggled to find them so I did my research and believe skybound has solved this issue for the future of our trampoline.We purchased the 14ft model because we wanted to be able to move it around enough so the grass doesn't die. I think the 16ft would be awesome and my sister ultimately purchased the 10ft for their small yard for Christmas for my niece who is 2.
