Was looking for a bow case to fit in the bow pocket of my Yamaha SVC-210 silent cello case. There are very few options that fit the dimensions of the pocket on the case. This was one of the few. It does fit, and seems sturdy. It comes with a shoulder strap, but I don’t think I would ever carry it that way as the latches, while decent, can’t be locked, so I’d be afraid it would open unexpectedly.

Really I just needed a way to get my bow to the luthier without bringing in my entire violin in the case and this will do better than riding in the back seat of my car in a towel.

I was very pleased with the overall look and feel of the case. The grey fabric is stylish, and it comes with the strap, which turned out to be essential... because I later on realized that the bow is longer than my biggest suitcase! I will be carrying it with for any air travel. I hope this shop will make a case with real leather. That will be a gift for myself when I become good enough to own my own cello, rather than rental.

Loved the look, but clasps broke after just one month, past the 30 day return policy, obviously, so disappointed

Bought this for my daughter to transport her cello bow to and from school. Her bow fits perfectly and the case seems very well constructed. She loves it, she feels it will protect her bow very well.
