Skunk2’s Composite Fuel Rails are made using a proprietary carbon-impregnated, aerospace thermo-polymer composite - a material that is 33-percent lighter, 60-percent stronger, and operates up to 100-degrees (F) cooler when compared to aluminum. The Composite Fuel Rail insulates fuel from both radiant and conductive heat transfer underneath the hood better than aluminum, resulting in increased horsepower and torque.
Composite Fuel Rails also feature large 0.625-inch internal bores for superior fuel injector pulsation dampening, machined with a smooth interior finish and feature radius-cut fuel injector outlets for improved flow characteristics. Conventional extruded and drilled aluminum rails are typically flawed by design due to machine limitations, resulting sharp internal angles where the main bore meets the fuel injector bores. Eliminating this design flaw limitation can Only be achieved with the natural-flow-moldable composite materials. Skunk2’s B-series Composite Fuel Rails are compatible with the factory fuel system, as well as all pump and race fuels, including alcohol. The Skunk2 Composite Fuel Rail can support up to 1,200hp, with gains as high as three percent realized during testing.

The rail comes with 2 crush washers that even with accurate pressure will cause a leak by pressure dampener. The instructions state to use the original washer from the original rail. PROBLEM: even though it matches to fit in a 2007 Honda Element LX the original rail is sealed. There is no exterior pressure dampener therefore no original washer! Bad design flaw and bad instructions. Imagine a diy guy or girl with minimal mechanical experience (which fortunately I have mechanical experience) install this then having a fuel leak leading to a fire or injury. Amazon did make it right, but Skunk2 answer to this is outsource your own washer or maybe the rail has a crack. Really? Hey our product is faulty but it's your problem..... I've purchased other skunk2 products in the past, but never again.

Fits great, i ran to an issue installing. It comes with 1 plastic black washer, i made the mistake of installing the new one with the old ones. Thats too much space and the injector came out. So DONT use the old ones, just use the new one and the other side has a metal braket.
