I had to reinstall this ladder as the nuts, bolts & screws would not keep the thing together. First the screws were coming out of the tailgate holding the straps on and the ladders bolts were coming loose. So I rand to Lowes to get new installation materials and now everything is staying where it should be!

Install only took about 20 minutes. Works great and well made. At 73 years old it makes it easy to get in bed of truck.

The ladder is perfect. Unfortunately the straps the hold it in place against the tailgate are made very cheap. The plastic clips have broken. No damage was done, simply trying to undo and one piece that things the female end broke the holds strap tight. The other one male side cracked while trying the clip together. We are happy with the product in general. Helps access into the bed of the truck. The hardware to secure it the tailgate, not real impressive.
