The stops were correct fits for the uni-strut material but 2 had cutting burrs that had to be ground down for the stops to fit correctly.Otherwise all expectations were met with this product.

Wanted to be able to move my bag out from the center of the room. After investigating a lot of expensive punching bag hanging options, I used this with the 5' SKTREX rack. Worked like a charm. Used the same company's 4-wheel Trolley, put a couple of end stops in the ends (also available from Amazon) and mounted it all to a joist. Worked like a charm! Highly recommend these pieces!You could join multiple 5' tracks together (or even put in a curve!). But this was perfect for my needs...
