Well made with great fit/feel between the blades when you cut with them. Highly recommend these for shop scissors/cutters. These rank right up there with my Cutco scissors, ( had one pair of those for over 30 yrs. before they got lost/stolen, immediately bought another about 25yrs ago).In short--- buy them you won't be disappointed.

Thanks to Chef Gruel, we've begun to spatchcock our roaster chickens so that they lay flat and cook evenly. As most know, the process involves cutting through the breastbone, and our normal Zwilling kitchen shears were definitely not up to the task. These SK shears are serious tools that make the job significantly easier. With drop forged, chrome vanadium steel blades, these are likely overkill for kitchen use, yet they've now earned a place in the top drawer. The steel will rust, so lightly coat with a food oil after washing. They'll last forever.

I purchased this mainly to cut through the plastic clamshells that so many things come in nowadays. And it has worked great. It is very sharp and with its leverage it makes fast work of cutting plastic. I have used it on rope, cardboard and some garden hose. It is very good for those too. I don't have anything bad to say about it. Money well spent for what I needed.

I bought these on a recommendation from a video I watched. They were recommended for use in opening those stubborn blister packaging. I bought them to keep in the house to use for that purpose, but I kept needing to go into the house to get them to use for garage projects. So I ended up getting a second pair for the garage... Awesome product...

I had thought SK was pretty much a dead brand that was largely relegated to the vintage tool section of your local pawn shop but I guess not. Picked these up on a whim and have been seriously impressed. Have been largely using some Crescent Wiss shop shears over the past year but these have taken over in my tool bag. They’re quite beefy, sharp as hell and have a much more ergo locking mechanism than the Wiss. Handles are comfortable as well but not particularly more or less than other decent shears/pliers that I’ve used. All in all a great tool.

These are OK shop scissors. I keep these in my general house repair tool bag. A bit stiff, not the SK quality of yesteryear, but what are ya gonna do. They seem fine and the price is reasonable for what you get, imported, not made in USA.

It really feels like this thing can cut anything. It cuts without effort and the blades are huge. It has a lock which I love and good length.Just know it’s a little harder to cut smaller things because the blades are so huge but I have used it to cut the metal layer on seal tight and it works wonderfully. Probably not good for the blade but this scissor is cheap so it’s easy to replace. I still don’t see any signs of wearing though
