It was as advertised. Good quality. It is large and I could have used a smaller machine but it will be good for large dies. Functions well. Pleased.

Perfect sizzix for all of the needs. Fits any die, embossing sheet, etc I've found. Comes with everything you need. Is large. I keep it on a shelf on a cart and a basket underneath with my dies in it. Cuts great and functional.

Bigger than I thought it would be! I am amazed that I can get such lovely cuts by just turning a handle a few times! Excellent quality and produces amazing quality cuts.

This big shot plus opened a whole new world! It cuts beautifully and gets easier to use with practice. It also is wonderful for embossing. Card making and scrapbooking have become much more complex with this tool! I like the fact that I can cut more dies at the same time with the plus machine. Thank you Sizzix!

This item was purchased used as new, and what arrived was completely opposite to what the box says. Broken item arrived without the additional items. At this time I have not had a refund for the purchase.

I bought the Big Shot Plus because I needed a back up. I have had a Sizzix Big Kick Vintaj for many many years and I absolutely love it. I love manual die cutting and I have a lot of dies. I decided to get a new Sizzix so I bought this one. When I first tried to use it, it wouldn't feed. I tried the smaller plates from my 6 inch Vintaj and it fed fine. After comparing the cutting plates between machines I realized that the Big Shot Plus cutting pads aren't beveled on the ends. I have to play with it when cutting but when it finally feeds (just takes a few extra seconds) it is effortless cutting compared to the Big Kick. I'm pleased with the machine and I love the extra width.

If you have done your homework on which model you want and you pick this one, it's just a described. Everything required is in the box and detailed instructions to attach the handle are included. Although the machine is made mostly of plastic, it is heavier than it looks, which adds stability when embossing. The sampler paper pack is nice, too. Nice selection of foil and glitter cardstock is included.
