I have had a Sirius radio for many years and finally needed another boom box dock . They have really remodeled this unit and the sounds are great Has the bass speaker underneath . Sounds great outsine and around the pool !!! Love my 50 ,s music . lol . Highly recommend and at a good price !!

The radio came with 2 plates. Had to switch the plate it came with, with the spare plate. The spare plate fit Sirius radio better.

The box sounds good. One of the speakers faces down so needs a hard surface under it or it will be muffled if on a cushion, like in my camper. I don't like that the plug-ins for power and antenna are recessed slightly but straight out the back so you have to be careful not to push it against anything. They should have supplied angled fittings so it could be placed against a wall without damaging the plug-ins. It lased only 6 years until it suddenly quit working, and I have always treated it gently and it really hasn't seen much use, mostly summer trips in the camper. I'm buying another one because there isn't an alternative that I know ofUpdate - turns out that I reversed polarity when splicing the connector wires to work from my camper battery (as I had done before but correctly then). So I destroyed the first one, got the 2nd one not knowing I did that, so I destroyed the 2nd one the day I received it. So I just ordered a 3rd one and will connect it properly. I give it 5 stars because it is a good device, just don't destroy it. LOL

The delivery was quite fast, given that I am in a very remote place. It was well packaged and has great sound. Glad I ordered it.

After reading the reviews of some getting remotes and others not. Mine didn't come with a remote! š¤ I emailed them, they replied immediately and I received my remote (battery included) just now in the mail! šThanks Wiji for packing my box & SiriusXM for fulfilling my order!!

Did not come as advertised. Offer mentioned, shows a picture and clearly stated that this came with a remote.Not the case. NO REMOTE INCLUDED.

I ordered this because the sound bar I was playing my SiriusXm through called it quits! When this item arrived, I was surprised by the size and weight of the package. Then, I opened the box and saw the itemās packaging box and was happy to find that this speaker was bigger than I had expected! It has a nice weight to it but itās not a problem to move. As far as moving it around goes, itās as easy as any other radio. The way they have this designed for the antenna is great! The body attaches to the top of the speaker and the access cord goes in a wrap around storage area just above where it plugs into the unit. No worrying about what to do with all the access cord like before. So, if you want to move it, you donāt have to worry about picking anything up but the power cord, the speaker and remote control. And, actually, I found that once you lift the handle up to carry the unit, you can slip the remote down in front of the handle and your fingers keep it there while moving. Helpful if no pockets and hands are full! As I said, my sound bar died so I was without my SiriusXm in the home for a few days so I was very happy to see this arrive! I can easily move it to any location in my home I want and the sound is very nice! We havenāt taken it outside yet, but I donāt see any problems if I should decide to do so. Wish I had ordered it before! The only issue is the same issue that follows satellite radio - some locations are better than others. But, for the most part, I can put it anywhere and get signal unless itās very overcast and windy/stormy. But that has nothing to do with the speaker itself. So far, very pleased with this item!

I absolutely love this product a friend of mine is actually renting hers from SiriusXM I'm so glad I don't have to do that and that this product was available sounds amazing easy to use plug-in and go

I bought this to replace my really old one that got damaged. This is a great unit. You can use it anywhere. Cottage, camping, backyard etc. Recommend these to anyone!

This is a quality product, with great sound. While it just arrived and I have only used it twice, it looks like it will do the job quite nicely.I have been researching for months, the various "sound boxes" designed for construction sites, etc. Most of them had more features than I needed, as I only wanted something while working on backyard projects. I already had the Sirius Radio Starmate 8 home/vehicle unit, and just needed something that would work well with it. I finally stumbled upon this unit, which is exactly what I needed. It makes sense that Sirius Radio would make something like this, and I should have known about it.Set-up was easy. The small Sirius radio unit docked perfectly in place. I was pleased to see that there is a very long cord on the antenna (25 ft.?) , which adds to the flexibility of where one can use the unit. All I did was put the Sirius radio unit in place, plug the unit in, aim the antenna to the south, and I was good to go. I used some zip ties to hold the transformer unit in place on the back of the unit, leaving only the 3 foot plug-in wire loose, which will hold down the clumsiness of the cord (I zip-tied the transformer to the bar on the back of the unit designed to wrap the extra antenna cord around, which worked well). I like the way that the small antenna unit is held in place by plastic connector pins on the top of the stereo unit. The only thing that takes getting used to is the way that the handle does not fully extend to an upright position--this is so that the antenna unit is not blocked by the handle.In summary, the unit is easy to set up and has great sound. There is more volume than one will likely ever use. As someone pointed out, a treble-base adjustment knob would be a nice addition. Also, I would pay extra to have a built-in rechargeable battery, as using D-cell batteries seems like old-fashion technology today. My only complaint is the 90-day warranty. Such a short warranty does not say much about the manufacturer's faith in the product. I solved this by purchasing a 3-year warranty from a third party.
