Very nice kennel. It is perfect for my small serama chickens. I set up a few perches and they’re perfectly happy. I did however reinforce with some wire to help keep them inside. They are small so the squeeze through. Picture of my serama so you can have an idea of what size the holes are. It was also fairly easy to put together. My husband and I bought 3 all together. Customer service was great. I had a bent door and they immediately replaced.

I received the kennel fairly quickly. Unfortunately the size I got was too small and I reached out to get an exchange and the customer service was perfect. The representative I am in contact with helped me with every step of the way and the manager also made sure to take care of me. I didn’t see the kennel since just by looking at the kennel I knew it was too small for my rough collie. I am having a good experience so far and will update once I receive my bigger kennel and build it.

Great kennel, easy installation and had all the parts to do so. However I wish there were a way to made it more study as some panels in each middle is a little wiggly but I just used zip ties to tighten everything. I did everything by myself and it took me an 1.5 hours. I got three kennels and everything went smooth. Would recommend!!Update: 2/5/25This is a great kennel for pets who are not hyperactive or stressed out when placed into a kennel. It’s not sturdy enough to support a dog who wants to get out. It didn’t hold up at all. He was able to bend some panels and even chewed through the top.

It took a couple hours to put together. Instructions were good, sturdy. Parts were all there and my dog and I are happy!

It’s shorter than I thought based on measurements listed. But that’s not a problem . Missing screws is and instructions would have been nice for the top!! I guess I’ll figure it out eventually..I found a screw that works but I e got to cut it off so my bird won’t get hurt. Also a grommet is going to pull through soon, it’s ripped!!!DON’T KNOW WHY I DID NOT PACK IT UP & SEND IT BACK…
