The product is not glued together so when you tear out one message the whole sheet comes out. They are in a pack of 10 and so far each book does the same exact thing. Will not be purchasing these again in the future, no manufacturer information to make a complaint to either.

These are great for my office as I run a small non profit group. The spiral binding is nice and durable and perfect size. The glue adheres nicely so no one misses their messages.

We use a lot of phone message books at my law office. These are really excellent for the money. Even though we go through a lot of these, 10 books of 400 messages is going to last us a while. I really like the layout, and that there is a 2nd carbonless copy, so the monitoring quality of the books can be maintained, while a copy of the message can be provided to the intended recipient.
