I found out the hard waay the contracters didn't install the clips for my sink, eventually the sink fell full of water. these clips did the job. Could not find them in hardware or lowes or HD. Thanks amazon for carrying these.

I guess working upside down is always going to get messy, but this product could’ve done a better job helping with the install. Ultimately, once installed, it seems to be supporting the weight of my sink (of course there’s already epoxy between the sink and the countertop). But these give a sense of extra secure. But what a mess! The open slots allowed epoxy to drip everywhere and the product doesn’t provide any way to hold the clips in place while being installed.

We needed to replace a kitchen sink and found that there were only four brackets on the old sink. We ordered these and they were a perfect solution. The new sink went in without a hitch and we still have a few brackets left over.

I was hoping that these clips would work for me but they didn't. I sanded the underside of my granite countertop with an orbital sander to get a clean surface for better adhesion then clean these areas with acetone. I used PC Product PC-7 epoxy suggested on Anazon product page and waited 48 hours with temperatures between 70 and 80 F to make sure the epoxy was fully cured. The 7 studs that I installed felt pretty secure to the granite surface before putting on the wing nuts. I was able to attach the stainless steel sink in place by tightening the wing nuts. However, when I put some pressure on the sink to check the installation some of the clips began to separate from the granite. I was able to pull out the remaining clips with little effort (see attached photos). Note that I smeared the epoxy that was squeezed out of the holes to the edge of the plates to gain additional adhesion. The epoxy didn't seem to bind to the granite surface for some reasons. I gave a 3 rating because the clips themselves could have worked if they were securely attached to the granite.

At first I am also concerned about whether it will hold. 24 hours after applying JB weld epoxy on the anchors, they bond well with the quartz surface. To avoid the clip breaking the studs away from the surface due to too much leverage, I placed the clip on the bonding foot of the anchors, so even if the wing nut screws in, the force to pull away from the surface balances itself with the pressing force towards the surface. One thing to watch is to avoid getting the epoxy on the anchors threads, it is hard to screw in once the epoxy cures. I have to scape the epoxy off the threads to screw in.Great solution for under mount sink installation. The users failed with the product probably didn’t use the right adhesive or installed improperly.
