This coffee maker functions as advertised and brews both hot and iced coffee with a nice bold setting. It’s compact, making it great for small spaces, and I appreciate that it includes separate filters for ground coffee and tea which is definitely a nice touch. However, the lack of a full instruction manual is frustrating. It only comes with a “quick start guide” that explains what the buttons say, but not what they actually do or how to use them properly. There are no details on how much coffee to use for different water amounts or how to make iced coffee. Overall, it’s a solid machine, but better instructions would make it even better.

Bought this as a replacement for a Keurig K-Express which I destroyed by following the instructions inside the label of Keurig's own descaling solution; figure that one out.Excellent customer service; I got a live human to answer a minor inquiry within 60 seconds of calling. Very impressive in 2025. Her advice: use 50/50 water and vinegar. Three cheers for LOW TECH.

I received this single-serve coffee maker because I needed a new one. This coffee maker allows you to use K-Cups, ground coffee, or hot tea, brewing anywhere from 6 to 16 ounces.The coffee maker comes with various accessories to prepare different types of drinks (see photos). While the exterior is made of plastic, it is lightweight, and its compact shape helps save space on the countertop, making it ideal for a small apartment or living area.However, there are a couple of downsides. The machine runs a bit noisily, and some instructions can be vague. For instance, the manual instructs you to fill the water reservoir to your desired level. This can be confusing, as the term "water reservoir" suggests you can fill it to the top. However, it's important to note that you only fill it with the amount of water you need for your drink. For example, if you're making an 8-ounce cup of coffee, you should only put 8 ounces of water in the tank. The tallest glass that will fit when you remove the water catch is a 16-ounce glass, while only a 5.5-inch glass can fit with the smaller drain installed. According to the manual, you'll need to descale after about 300 coffees, but there is an indicator light to tell you when it's time. Additionally, according to the manual, the coffee maker has the option to make cold tea but not cold coffee. However, again, the directions are vague because they state that for cold beverages, under the tea section, you need to put ice in your cup, leaving me to believe you don't get cold water with the "ice tea" button (see photo).Nevertheless, the ground coffee we've brewed with this machine has tasted great.

This is a fantastic little machine! The main reason I went with this is that it does it all! I have been eyeing up that "name brand" one that has the duo function of being able to brew K-Cups and ground coffee and this does exactly that plus tea leaves. What more could you ask for and at a much better price!It's not big and bulky, doesn't take up a huge amount of counter space.Everything came packaged nicely.Was so simple to unpack, assemble and make the first cup of coffee.I tried the K-Cup at first, no issues and it was piping hot just like it should be.Coffee had no plastic taste, tasted just as good as my brand name machine.Tested the ground coffee feature and same thing, coffee was delicious and temperature was hot.You will of course have to figure out your measurements on this.They include a nice recipe book & and extra drip tray for travel mugs.I cannot wait to get some tea leaves to try that function as I do love a nice hot cup of tea!The pods were easy to clean, has a descaling function as well, and being that this is a smaller appliance it will fit in my cabinet easily if I want to pack it away at some point but for now I am moving it to my office where I have been wanting to add a coffee pot!I highly recommend this to anyone. There isn't anything not to love about this!

This is a neat little coffee and tea maker that works well and it easy to use. My son loves to brew tea so he asked for this handy little appliance. At first I was hesitant because I didn't want another small appliance taking up counter space, but I am happily surprised at the small footprint this coffee maker has. It doesn't take up much counter space at all. I also love that it's so versatile, because it can brew both coffee and tea. I also like the refillable capsules because they prevent me from needing to buy expensive pods. Of course if you prefer pods, this little brewer accepts them, as well. And since it brews right into your cup, there's not pot to worry about or clean. It did take a little trial and error for my son to find the cup he prefers to use in this tea maker, but he easily found an insulated to-go cup that he likes and that fits under the dispenser. He has also been experimenting with the perfect amount of tea to add to the little basket to make a large 16-ounce tea.You can brew up to 16 ounces of coffee or tea at a time, so this probably isn't a great choice if you like fixing a big pot of coffee or tea to leisurely pour from and refill everyone's cups throughout the morning or afternoon but it is perfect for one or two people or for people who have different schedules and typically want a cup or two of coffee or tea at a time. It would also be a wonderful addition to a small apartment or dorm room.Overall, this is a neat little machine that lets you up to 16 ounces of brew coffee or tea at a time, and brews it right into your own preferred cup. It is versatile, easy to use, easy to clean, and doesn't take up much space.
