I have rarely seen a component as flimsy as these. If you are looking for even a mediocre support rod, this is not it. Horrible.

The black rods quickly fade to gold.They come loose and fall off.The nut strips off too.All in all bad product

Disappointed in function and quality. Adjustability is only about 1 inch because it's not a turnbuckle style rod that it should be. I tightened it down at 5 ftlbs and the threads stripped on one end before the rod was even pulled tight against my splitter.
