These are smoother than the 8mm version. Worked great for a project I’m working on, will be ordering more.

The product is the right size for my project and I like the feel of the knurling so I'll give it a couple stars. The threads are pretty bad on most of these, they're quite inconsistent. Some thread onto the threaded rod easily, others are really notchy and tight. My particular use case for these needed half of them to be threadlocked in place so I was able to sort them out and use the "bad" ones for my non-moving end but for most people I'd imagine a hard to screw thumb screw would bum them out.

Went a different route so only have initial impression, threads were pretty good. Go with SS over Alu if you can for cheap chinese fasteners.

The product i received was different from the picture. The knurled edge was much more subtle and less able to he gripped tight. I also received 9 of this nut and 1 random nut. QC seemed a bit low

These knurled nuts are very sloppily machined. The hole is off center AND off axis. The result is a very wobbly and not level. The threading is a rough finish, and it felt like these were machined by hand, by an amateur machinist, not a factory.I say this not to slam whoever made these, but to warn anyone who was looking to buy these expecting tight tolerances.These worked out for my project so I'm not returning them. But know, I was underwhelmed by the sloppiness of the product I received, and unless I received an odd bad batch, then you will be too.
