I love how anything you buy whether it's door alarms, glass, breaking, freezing temperatures, water, carbon monoxide, or a fire alarm that it's all connected to the SimpliSafe system and will contact the authorities for you. It is an amazing peace of mind to have!! I actually just upgraded to the newer version because I had the other one for so long

Very fast, overnight shipping/delivery. The item arrived the next day after I ordered it and it was very easy to install and add to my existing SimpliSafe set up! Bravo SimpliSafe for making a security system so easy and affordable to use!

I purchased a 2nd key pad for upstairs. The pad is responsive and easy to use. I do recommend this product if you require to key pads. Appearance is good, value is okay, not great; pad is quite and performance is solid.

Bought 3 of these for my new system. So easy to install and use. Very functional. Peel and stick units do seem to have great adherence to the mounting surfaces. Highly recommend.

I was happy with my current keypad, and wanted another for my back door, so I could easily disarm my system from there. It’s a good distance from the base station, but still works great. I’m glad I added this to my system.

I can’t say enough good about simply safe home security products. They are inexpensive at the component level, they install easily, and they work great. Customer Support is available when you need it. And the monitoring cost is reasonable. I’ve had Xfinity home and ADP in the past, and SimpliSafe is way far ahead of these companies and their products.

We have a keypad in the main area, and one in each bedroom. I love how easy it is to add more and more components to SimpliSafe, including multiple keypads. Arming and disarming the system from the comfort of the bedroom allows me to have heightened security settings.I was robbed last Christmas, which prompted me to buy the SimpliSafe system; unfortunately, 6 months later I was robbed again, while I was asleep! They broke in through an open bathroom window, and by default motion sensors aren’t turned on in “Home” mode. The thief was able to unplug the SimpliSafe camera, gather up over $6,000 of electronics, and run out the door while the system beeped for 30 seconds before setting off the alarm.The solution to avoid this problem in the future is sensors on each door, keypads in each room, motion sensors enabled in “home” mode, and instant trigger on all sensors. I don’t have motion sensors in the bedroom, so it’s not an issue to have instant trigger enabled on these. I have to arm and disarm the system before I leave my bedroom.On, and the most important security upgrade yet, a pit-bull. I can’t wait for the thieves to try and strike again!
