This chair is awful. There’s no way to secure baby in to it. Once baby gets a little bigger, it can barely hold the weight as the net touches the ground. (This starting happening at 12 pounds) I have not and will not ever trust this chair immersed in water with my baby on I.

This is worth the purchase to use when your baby is a little bigger but can’t support their neck yet. It helps with keeping their head in place while washing them (around that 2-6 months age, depending on how big they are). It’s made up of that mesh fabric which allows her to lay and “sink into” - this helps to hold her comfortably handsfree, which is great. I originally had the Frida tub and honestly hate it - too stiff and hard for a newborn/infant to lay their head on. Her head had no support and her body just folds and bends awkwardly. I would have to fix her constantly and use one hand to hold her. I probably won’t use the Frida tub again until my baby has complete control of their head and can sit up.

Bought this for our granddaughter soon after she was born. We had one similar for our daughter when she was a baby. My daughter loved it as it fit in her farm sink and worked great in the bath tub as well. Baby was very happy during bath time. Ordered a second one for our house too! Keeps baby in a comfortable position while bathing.
