Love these, the item I had previously only had small magnets on the back and kept falling off the board every time I used it. The entire back has a magnet and is a strong hold. The divider can be used or taken out too.

Great to have whiteboard in my kitchen and BEST is having this caddy for eraser and at least 8 whiteboard markers. Wonderful to have writing supplies ay my fingertips for quick notes and reminders. The sturdy magnet holds the caddy supplies quite well. No spills, sliding or falling off the fridge.
