The chest appeared suitable for an inexpensive one. I was satisfied until I put knives in the lid slots. The portion which holds the knives came loose, and the knives fell out on top of the other silverware. I tried hot glue, which did not work at all on the fabric. I cannot see a way to make it work.

The chest has a raised exterior panel on the front of the drawer designed to hold.The size also perfectly fit my forks.
