These are Christmas Ornament Hooks. I found them super easy to use and to hang ornaments from them; simply slide the hook into ornaments rounded opening. Hokk it well. This may cause a need for some adjustment then. These hooks do very well and seldom required adjustment. I highly recommend these hooks, which can also be used for multiple crafts (just look online) I rate this product with five stars and a big thumbs up!

I didn't want that weak green hook, I wanted the sturdy old kind that will actually hold up under an ornament. These worked great.
