These are great for my toddler. I am able to build a thoughtful meal with separate sections for different foods. They do have somewhat of a suction and for the most part stay in place but if my son really wanted to pick it up he could. They are sturdy and easy to clean. We have them in multiple colors. I prefer them over plastic or melamine options.

These seemed so good - plastic free, dishwasher and heat safe, unbreakable, stick to the highchair tray (but not the countertops), but too good to be true after all. After months of use it's become apparent that they taint warm food with a nasty taste. We altered our cleaning to see if that was the problem but no luck. It's horrible and I feel so guilty. I hope it hasn't done any damage to my baby.

Great kids plate! Exactly what I needed, suctions really well to my dining table, not quite as well to my high chair tray which is due to the tray not being totally smooth. It has a good depth to it so can be used for small amounts of cereal or soup as well as regular meals. Great for BLW and for kids as they grow. Also very handy when your 3 year old suddenly decides they don’t want different food to mix, the sections on this plate allow me to keep certain food separated. As a mum of 3 under 3, I need good quality, durable and easy to clean products that give me value for money. This is checking all my boxes! I don’t often write reviews but I love this plate!

Will the suction be strong enough to prevent your little one from pulling it up and throwing it across the room? Probably not. That being said, it will stay secure and prevent a lot accidental spills if used optimally. Ive left a couple tips below that I found helpful & hope it helps others decide if this is the product for them.**Wetting the bottom the the suction cup with a small amount of water helps it to suction more effectively. It also works best on smooth surfaces, I've noticed even the smallest of pores on a surface effect the suction.**This product claims to be dishwasher and microwave safe, but I would not recommend putting it in either. I saw some reviews claiming the material absorbs soaps/chemicals and leaves residues on their little ones foods.. so I'd stick with handwashing it with a soap you trust and avoid placing food that's hot in it.I will leave an update to this review if this product becomes defective in any way. But so far, I love it! It is very durable and the suction holds up well using the tips listed above.

I have gone through SO MANY toddler plates to the point that I’m sure the return team knows me. I have done bamboo, stainless steel, mats, suctions, and everything I think there possible is on the market. So I decided to give it another shot with this one.First, it fits the Stokke Tripp Trapp tray!! The entire plate is silicone and the suction is incognito, my son doesn’t even know it’s there so he doesn’t pulled at the plate.Design: I LOVE this design! The suction is pretty much part of the plate so it lies flat with whatever surface you put it on so be aware! It doesn’t require much pressure either for the suction to stick. I put it on our granite counter top and it just sucks itself down.Design pt2: each parts of the plate holds more than enough food for my son. It allows him to use his fork and spoon without damaging the silicone he can he poke away at it and nothing happens. Plus, it’s entirely silicone meaning IT IS SO EASY TO CLEAN. I clean it after every meal and EVERYTHING, oatmeal, eggs, yogurt, curry, rice, veggie patties, anything and everything, washes right off. For me that is 100% in my book. I feed him 3-4 meals a day so it’s imperative food washes off instantly. Or even if I leave it in the sink, between meals, I can quickly wash it before his next meal and everything still comes off. Not sure if dishwasher safe, but I never put any of his plates, cups, utensils in the dishwasher. I’ve read too many reviews complaint of smells after it is in the dishwasher. Just wash it by hand so the a scrub, soap, and hot water. It will all come right off. Btw, this silicone plate is NOT thin or flimsy at all. It is thicker and not too flexible, but still flexes. It won’t bend if you put large amounts or heavy food on it.Design pt 3: the Color is so vibrant and rich! Obviously, it was darker in person bc I’m pretty sure they use lighting when taking photos of the plates. I used to work e-business in the marketing and I saw how photos were taken. I got the blue. While it was darker in person, I didn’t care. I still loved the color. It doesn’t fade, it’s blue, it’s rich, it looks nice, but most importantly, it does what I need and want it to do.I really really love this silicone suction plate over all the others. For me, it’s a good price for what I need and want it to do especially when compared to brand names like Bumkins or Munchkins. For now, I just have 1 plate. I may consider getting another plate so one stays home and one when we eat out.

Update 6/28/19 -I received an email from the owner this week thanking me for my feedback and letting me know they had changed their design so the logo is no longer inside the food compartment. He included a picture showing the logo on the outside of the plate, which I think is a much better location. I'm changing my review to 4 stars because of the company's responsiveness. I would still like to see them change the product pictures to show the logo.Original Review -I have mixed feelings about this plate. There are definitely some good aspects. It's good quality silicone. I haven't noticed any unpleasant smell like some reviewers said. And even greasy tomato-based foods haven't discolored it.The suction is pretty good if you pull straight up on the plate. However, if you twist it or get a fingernail under the suction cup, then it pops right off. My 12-month-old figured it out maybe her 3rd time using it. However, it slows her down just enough that if she's hungry and there's food on the plate, she usually won't bother trying to pull it up. I just have to watch her carefully for when she starts getting full/bored, because she'll immediately pull it off at that point and fling food all over. So not as effective as I had hoped, but we have a lot less mess than when using a regular plate. My biggest complaint is the big raised logo in the middle of the main food compartment. Food gets caught in the little crevices making something that should be a breeze to clean actually kind of a pain. The plates shown in the product pictures don't have a logo and neither do most of the ones I see in the reviews. Maybe it's a recent redesign. Or maybe it's just this color. Whatever the reason, I think it's disingenuous for them not to picture the actual product they're shipping to people.
