- Place the ring into sealing ring rack, you can use either side as it is identical.
- Go around the lid with your finger, pressing down on the silicone ring to help it set into place.
- Ensure the sealing ring fits into the rack of the lid.

I had tried for sometime to find silicone sealing rings to replace the one that came with my Instantpotwhich I've used alot. The off brand and even the Instantpot replacements had an extra notch in it compared to the original and none kept a good seal. So I have this one last chance. Like the original, this one had the same notches in the same places and when I used it, this one actually created a tight seal. Finally!I recommend this product, especially if, like me, you had been finding replacement rings to be unsatisfactory. This one works!
