I wanted to try these out, because as much as I like the tire foams I have, there is always that risk of them getting a flat spot if you don't elevate your rig in storage or take the tires off. If you vent your tires, foams will also get soaked. 3D printed inserts and this silicone tire insert avoid those issues, and seem to be gaining traction among RC crawler enthusiasts. The sidehill deformation is a lot better than it would be with foams, but these silicone ones deform more than 3D printed ones. Overall these tire inserts do have a nice solid weight to them, so if you're looking to add some minor weight down low these help too.
