The bag tie keeps popping off but I just hold the bag shut with my hand and knead with the other. Works pretty well. I gave one these bags to my father in paw and he loves it too.

I use these silicon bags for my sourdough bread.I keep them wrapped in a towel first day, then keep them fresh in these silicon bags.No plastic ziplock bags or plastic bread bags. No Plastic!I use my own clip on the end. (I don't know how they intended to close it up, never figured it out.)

Used this silicon bag for the first time today. I mixed the bread ingredients in a bowl then tipped the dough into the bag and sealed the top with the provided silicon tie. I’m not sure whether you could do the whole process in the silicon bag but felt that the tie top wouldn’t close well enough to keep the flour in the bag. It felt quite different kneading the dough through the bag but it meant I didn’t add any more flour and it was a cleaner way of working. The silicon bag was easy to rinse and dry and the bread turned out well!
