I got this after having surgery. Thinking it would make it easier to wash the eggs without breaking them due to numbness in my hands. While it fits nicely in my hands, the size is not good for eggs. It's not long enough, it is too flimsy, and frankly it's more trouble than it's worth.I regret purchasing.

We have 7 laying hens and get an average of 5 eggs per day. If we aren't regularly using eggs, they can pile up pretty fast! Staying up on cleaning the eggs can be a job, which is even more needed during wetter months where there is more mud around the coop that gets on our chickens feet. Of course, you have to be careful to be gentle when handling eggs as well to prevent accidental cracking. I decided to try an egg shaped egg scrubber to help with the cleaning and prevent breakage. So far, this seems to be working alright. This cute little ghost designed scrubber fit onto all of our eggs, which range in size from "the egg bomber", as we call one very robust hen who lays gigantic eggs, to the youngest layer who is just getting started laying and lays eggs on the small size. I do notice the scrubber doesn't help me grip the smallest eggs as well, but I can compensate for this by squeezing the scrubber tighter around it. There is a little learning curve to learn how to keep a grip on the egg while also spinning the scrubber on it to clean off dirt. All in all, it's handy to have an egg scrubber, and if the scrubber needs extra cleaning, you can turn it inside out and clean it off under a faucet.

The price on this washer is much more reasonable than others I've seen.It is a little too large for anything under large eggs but still does the job. A large egg sinks deep into it and makes holding egg with other hand tough. I just don't insert the entire egg, and it's easy to clean off. This washer would be fine if you're washing much larger eggs like duck eggs. I buy duck eggs also so it's really a great washer for my usage.

We have chickens and so the eggs can get pretty covered in poop. This makes cleaning them a lot easier plus they are adorable đŸ¥°

Very easy and fun to use. Love it to use on our pasture raised eggs.
