They are not quite a soft as the original earpiece l, however still fairly comfortable. Easy to replace

These are a great buy for the money. No complaints. They fit easily on to my stethoscope with no issues.

These are not soft silicone like the original tips that came with my Littman stethoscope. They are hard, not pliable and seem to be smaller so they don’t fit all the way on the ear piece and cover the metal threads on the end. Time will tell if they stay on or hold up (but I will probably replace anyway because they are not comfortable at all.)

I have an oldie but a goodies Littmann stethoscope which I got when I graduated from nursing school. The ear buds back then were actually the screw/threaded type which they don't make any more. I did a lot of research between all the various options based on reviews and product description.These are not soft and the two sets were exactly the same size. The sound is ok. Not worth the gas $$ to return something the size of a tea bag to Amazon.
