Used for bread and biscuits. Curve part fits every bowl I've used. Straight edge cuts dough and scrapes work surface very well. Stiffness seems perfect. Plus easy clean up. Highly recommend.

These bowl scrapers were just the right shape for pulling together dough by hand in a bowl. They are high quality and durable. Just what I was looking for.

The shape of these dough scrapers is perfect. Works for flat surfaces, bowls, and mixer bowls with middle axles.

This fits in my hand comfortably and lets me "feel" the bread dough I'm mixing even though it is nice & rigid. It's large enough to make the mixing go very quickly. And, if I'm making a double loaf it easily cuts the dough in half with no more than 2 slices. It cleans up beautifully - I'm sure it will last a long time. I am taking this to my next sourdough class to show it to everyone - I would definitely recommend it - it's a great little device.

Kind of big and clunky and the steel insert only lets it flex around the edges. Wish I'd have purchased something else. They do work OK for working on the counter top, but in a bowl is where they're not so good.

A bit overpriced for what they are, but they are good quality. Easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher, even with high hydration dough, stiff enough that you can easily mix a batch of dough in short order. Having curved and straight edges helps both in the bowl and on the bench. Not as effective in portioning dough as a metal or wood scraper but can do the job. On the bench it works well to tension and walk the dough ball. Makes baking bread even easier, from bowl to bench, it's always at hand and does a great job.

I switched out my plastic bowl scraper with this silicone scraper. It’s sturdy & does the job but doesn’t get the bowl quite as clean as the plastic scraper. Easy to clean & no plastic residue in my loaves.

This tool is so handy. Handling dough is so much easier, but it can be used for so much more. Scrap excess from your bowl or pot. The quality and price was great. The size is perfect, it fits right in hand. It’s not sticky, the silicone is very durable.
