You just have to be careful that you attach it exactly which I find to be the case for all of fit bits chargers. OTherwise you'll have a dead watch at a very inopportune time!

My fitbit Charge 5 works well and has a magnet charging system. But if you are not careful then it won't connect correctly and the Fitbit never gets charge or you can bump it and it's no longer charging.This makes a good stand stand , the watch attaches quickly and steadily. Big improvement.
