It replaced a 1970’s GE breaker that was 50 amps and drown graded to 40 amp to replace a new oven. Worked great and now it’s GFCI complaint.

This past spring I started noticing that my hot tub would mysteriously shut off. Upon inspection the original breaker from when it was installed 12 years ago was no longer able to manage the load. The hot tub shop recommended I purchase a replacement which they had but was almost three times the cost of this unit. I checked at several online retailers and big box hardware and a local electrical supply warehouse who all wanted twice as much as this unit cost on Amazon. I got this one in about a week and installed it in about 15 minutes (be careful to turn off the main before you do any electrical work or hire a professional). This new breaker has been working absolutely perfect and I hope it lasts as long as the original. I recommend this seller and give them a 5 gold star rating.

My portable generator (Westinghouse W Gen 8500 pro) has a main GFCI breaker that if it trips, it will disable all power output from the generator. Mine was starting to trip with no loads plugged into the machine. This seller had this identical replacement GFCI breaker for a reasonable price compared to other sources, and shipped it out quickly. It was just in time too, as since then we have had a significant snow storm in our area which has caused the power to be out for the past twelve days and still counting. The replacement GFCI has not tripped since I installed it, so that appears to have solved the issue. Seller gets 5 stars.
