Some of the enteral tubes etc. don't come with clamps. So you have to bend and hold the hose.Ridiculous. Even in the hospital they were doing it. I bought these that you can attach after the fact and they work great. The nurses were admiring them so a gave a few to them for their own personal stash soit was easier to treat people with tubes. I highly recommend if you have the problem of them giving you a tube without a clamp pre attached. This solves the problem and they last a long time.

Easy to place on tubing. Clamps well. Small profile makes it comfortable for client

If you are personally having to change syringes to take liquid medications or food, then you need some way to close the tube down without some of the liquid in the tube backing up. My kit did not come with a clamp already installed on the tube. My only alternative was to fold the tube in half with one hand while changing syringes with the other hand. That was not my most favorite thing to do. This aftermarket clamp fills that need. You can easily attach it to the tube, then use the clamp or unclamp feature at will. It frees up both hands to do the syringe changing process. They come in a bag of 10 or so, giving you the ability to change out the clamp for cleaning.

Before I got this click was a challenge to put medicine in my husband G-tube because I got more medicine outside than inside. Now is easier!! Nothing outside!!! I recommend this click. Work pretty good and is not expensive when you get many of them.

I searched a long time before finding this "side-loading" clip. It was exactly what I was looking for. Most clips for feeding tubes are not removable. I was initially provided a big clunky non-removable clip that I hated because it stuck out under my clothing. My new tube would erupt with residual every feed time. This little guy is fast on, click lock, fast off. No muss no fuss no mess! It solved the problem.

These are awesome! Whoever thought of this should be a millionaire. I can’t believe it’s not more known. If I didn’t know what I was looking for I would have looked right over it. It needs to be marketed better.Anyways if you have a peg tub sometimes it’s best to have a clamp on it to slop things from coming up inbetween opening and closing and putting medication and feedings in. The only other kind of clamp there is, is something that has to be put on before your peg tube is put in. A real bummer if you’re new to this bc hospitals don’t come equipped with these. But this kind you can put on and take off yourself at home (the real ingenious part), especially as much as a peg tub has to be changed throughout life. If you’re young, bind, elderly or just new to a peg tub this will really help you. Also it’s not 1 for $20 it’s 10 for $20. Much better deal than what’s out there.

My tube didn’t have an external clamp, like the previous one I had, so I bought these, thinking they would be great. While they easily were added to my tube, it was entirely too big to keep on my tube, so I really only used them when I was flushing my tube and needed a 3rd hand. It was very uncomfortable to keep on the tube, because of the size of it. My previous tube had an IV clamp and I never even noticed it was there.
