Easiest piece of furniture I've put together in years, sturdy and simple, much of the metal frame nests into each other then is secured with a few bolts. Easily supports what I need it to and fits where I like.

Love love love this desk. It is just the perfect height for me (I have issues with my knees hitting the bottom of a lot of desks because they are too low down) and the amount tabletop space is perfect. This desk was easy to assemble and i like that it has some holes you can put your wires in for some cable management.

This desk is exactly what I had been looking for. I wanted something sturdy, minimal, practical, and affordable, and this desk is exactly those things. It took only a few minutes to put together.

I am very happy and pleasantly surprised that I received a desk without any damage or scuffs. The package was much heavier than I expected and was fairly difficult for a full grown man to carry up stairs but it's manageable. Bless the delivery drivers who drop these off because I can easily see how this box could be damaged because of it's weight and awkward carrying dimensions. The desk itself is great and was a breeze to put together. All parts fit and looks great. The grommet holes are very useful if you want to install monitor mounts/cables.There is about an 1/8 inch gap between the desk top and the metal frame (the desk top sits on 1/8" "caps") So when attaching a monitor mount be sure to slide some old business cards in the gap to keep from bending and potentially cracking the desk top.I have no regrets with this desk. It's solid, looks beautiful, and at this price it's a great value. Would buy again.

It arrived in pristine condition. The only difficulty for me was that it was heavy, 60 lbs or more in a very large box, which made maneuvering tricky for an old woman with no cartilage in her knees and arthritis in every joint. However, once out of the box, the individual pieces were lightweight and easy to handle. The actual assembly was very simple. Other reviews had mentioned needing a rubber mallet to put the base together, so I was prepared with a hammer and potholder. However, neither were necessary to fit the ends together. They all slid easily into place with just a little hand pressure, no straining to do it. I observed the directions which emphasized not tightening the screws until all were threaded just a little. Because I hadn't tightened the screws for the largest top piece it was not that difficult to remove it and switch the pieces of the frame. (I had miscalculated and had the long end of the L in the wrong direction.) It was challenging aligning the holes of the frame with the holes in the top pieces, and screwing them together from a sitting position underneath, but I can't do things in a hurry these days, so I had to take my time. Took about 2 hours once it was out of the box. Once the L was in the right direction and everything screwed together it's perfectly squared, the top pieces even and snugly abutted. It doesn't wobble and the top is level. I'm pleased with the maple color, and the matte gray/brown of the legs. I especially like this open, simple design because it has with no drawers or shelves underneath. I'd see a few desks of a similar design, but this was the only one with a desk depth of almost 24". Most had only 19" which might be fine for gamers, but I will be using this for writing, art projects and sewing. Very pleased with this investment of my money, time and effort! It really was designed to succeed!! A thank you to the gentleman who made a very nice video showing the assembly process of this desk and alerted me to the fact the L shape is reversible.

Pros - Solid frame and table top pieces make a very sturdy desk. The size is perfect for my space, and the desk is deeper than most. Assembly was very easy.Cons - the package arrived badly damaged. Two of the frame pieces had quarter sized dents/scratches. One of the surface pieces was also dinged. I was excited about having a brand new desk, and the damage took some of the shine off. To be fair, I need this desk now, so I didn't try to return it or to interact with customer service. Further, the screw holes were drilled kind of sloppily, so the short surface piece doesn't align perfectly with the long piece. This is very noticeable with nothing on the desk, but once my stuff was on it it doesn't show much. The plastic pieces they give you to fill the cord holes in the back of the desk don't really fit the holes so they kind of stick up above the surface of the desk.

This desk is an excellent choice for anyone who needs a stable and sturdy work surface. It is incredibly easy to assemble and disassemble, taking only about 5 minutes to set up. Once assembled, it doesn't wobble or shake, even with heavy items on top.The minimalist design of the desk is beautiful and modern, and the cherry red wood design adds a touch of elegance. The desk's surface has held up well and hasn't chipped or shown any signs of wear and tear, even with regular use.The L-shape design of the desk is a great feature that provides extra storage space, making it perfect for those who need a lot of workspace. It can even be joined with another desk to create a larger workstation for couples who work together. This is what we did at our previous apartment. And then we decided to break them up in the next space because we needed more privacy. The desk is also lightweight, making it easy to move between apartments or dorm rooms, making it perfect for students or anyone who moves frequently.Overall, I highly recommend this desk to anyone in need of a stable, sturdy, and stylish workspace. It's easy to assemble and disassemble, provides ample storage space, and has a minimalist design that fits in with any decor. The cherry red wood design is a beautiful touch, and the L-shape design is a great feature for those who need extra space like for multiple monitors, etc.. It's a great value for the price and perfect for students or anyone on the move.

Easy to assemble:It was really easy, probably easier than Ikea. But all jokes aside, you get a manual that tells you essentially what you gotta do, and all the screws connecting them use Allen keys which are provided to you.Sturdiness:I have my table set up in a corner, so it's pretty sturdy. I'm not sure how it would be if placed more "in the middle" but I'm sure it's sturdy enough that you can shake it around and it won't cause too much movement for your pc setup.Value for money:It was quite expensive at around $170 CAD totaled up. It's definitely not worth it from my standpoint, but for how much furniture costs and how I needed a much better table from the flimsy one I had on wheels, It's a massive upgrade.Overall, the table works out very nicely. the surface isn't smooth, but it's designed that way for aesthetic. However, This is a 3-star review for a reason.Firstly, the shipping. God was that a huge mess. The box was torn up and had a giant gash on it. The Styrofoam on the inside made a huge static mess, and the smell was awful. It smelt like it was near the dock overnight where the seagulls flocked around it. The worse part was that one of the plastic pieces holding the corners securely was completely busted and damaged one of the corners. Luckily it wasn't by much, but it was enough to make me almost consider trying to ship this back. I only had 1 corner and a small gash on the underside of the table, so luckily I can still use it to its full potential, but for the pricing, It wasn't worth it and I had to knock a star off.Secondly, The general build of the table isn't exactly appealing. The welds for each metal area looks terrible, but at least decent, and the screw holes on the wood aren't created too well, at least in my opinion because it took quite a bit of repositioning to get the screws to fit into the screw holes and screw them in tightly. And another thing was how sharp the corners of the table are. I ended up almost cutting my arm open when I accidentally grazed the corner and It hurt like crazy. It's definitely not safe for kids or clumsy people. And the laminate pieces that make up the wood aesthetic aren't great. After leaving my hand on it, It creates an imprint of condensation that evaporates and it easily stains from food oils and other small stains, but I think it might just be newer tables that have this issue. But generally, it still caused me to knock off a star.I'm not happy with this purchase, and I definitely could have done better with a smaller table, but I needed more space and this was the best choice I could go for that wasn't over $250. I do also want to mention that this shipped 4 days late, bu t I'm sure that's due to the pandemic, right? -.-
