Easy to install but I spent alot of time trying to diagnose my water system issue. Turns out the pump turns on but doesn't produce any pressure

We purchased this product in Feb 2022. When we received the product the manufacturer date was already 1 year old. So when it stopped working within 1 year, the company would not honor the 2 year warranty because of the manufacturer date. It was advertised as new. but, it was already over 1 year old.
