I ordered this kit to replace a broken insertion pin on my son's coat. I tried with each pin in the correct size, and it either broke when I tried to crimp it in place or didn't stay on. I may be doing something wrong but I can't imagine what. I doubt the stops would have the same issue.On the plus side- this set comes with enough pieces to fix four different-size zippers in four different shades, so matching color and size is easy enough. The set is packed by size in individual bags so it is easy to find the parts you are looking for and they store neatly in a sewing box.

thrifted a leather jacket and the zipper stop was broken off. just attached one of these with clamps and a little superglue and it was good as new. the variety of colors and shapes has let me fix a few other jackets as well!

The zipper on my favorite sweatshirt broke! I’ve never repaired a zipper before but the description says that it’s easy so I figured I’d try. They did not exaggerate how easy it actually is! Took me about 3 minutes to find the right size and fix my zipper!!! Now I’m back in my favorite sweatshirt!❤️
